Original Story (10/26/20): Nike has steadily been bringing back some of their co.JP releases from the early ’00s. Following the news of the “I Believe” Air Force 1s return, we now have news of another classic Japan-exclusive Air Force 1 making a comeback.

In 2001, Nike released the Air Force 1 B series consisting of a green “Hong Kong” colorway, a work boot-inspired “Wheat” colorway, and one dressed in reflective material and snakeskin. The “Hong Kong” made its return in 2018, while the “Wheat” returned earlier this month. The retro of the trio will soon be complete as the “Reflective Snakeskin” colorway is now making its return.

The Air Force 1 B “Reflective Snakeskin” brought together reflective paneling and snakeskin accents. The soft black leather was blended with reflective overlays along with snakeskin Swooshes. The return of the 2001 classic will arrive in the similar design as the OG release. Based on first look photos, there are some minor changes to the materials like a lighter Snakeskin Swoosh and a different textured leather.

Update (01/13/21): Official images of the 2021 Nike Air Force 1 B “Reflective Snakeskin” (aka “3M Snake”) are here. Retailers in the Asia-Pacific region are reporting a January 28th release, though it is yet to be seen if that is a global release date.
